Beatrice Lin

A veteran in the public relations industry, Beatrice Lin started her public relations career in
1982, having served as an account manager at United Pacific International Public Relations
Company and then as public relations manager of United Communications Group. She is the
founding partner and president of Compass Public Relations.
Beatrice graduated from Chung Hsin University and attended a half-year marketing program
at the University of California in Berkeley where she received a diploma for the course.
She specializes in the management of corporate public relations and in professional skills
training and education, and has acted as a consultant for multinational companies in the
high-technology, communications, food, and pharmaceutical industries as well as for
non- profit organizations.
Her professional achievements also include translating the Chinese language editions of the
popular books Public Relations for Your Business and What a Great Idea! as well as The
Handbook of Brand Management.

1982年進入公關界，具豐富代理及企業公關經驗。曾任聯太公關公司客戶服務經理及和信傳播集團公
關中心負責人，為達豐的創始董事與總經理。
畢業於中興大學外文系，並曾至美國加州大學柏克萊分校，研修行銷課程，獲頒優異結業証書。在其
二十餘年之公關生涯中，除負責客戶服務及企業公共關係之外，並兼負教育訓練之責。所服務之客戶
性質廣泛，涵括科技、交通、食品、醫療及非營利事業機構等跨國性組織。
除專業之公關經驗外，並曾譯著傳播相關事業書籍《為你的公司做好公關》、《創意自動販賣機》及
《品牌保姆手冊》。
